For the third year running, smei has received award-winning recognition from Feefo. This year, we’re delighted to have won the Platinum Trusted Service Award, having achieved the Gold standard for three consecutive years.

The Feefo Awards are an independent seal of excellence which recognises businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience. To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, a company must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023.
