Lead Generation Executives

Full Time, £15,000

Key Purpose of Post:

To help maximise sales performance by validating our current data base, building effective relationships with potential commercial customers and adhering to industry and company regulations.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

  • To handle outbound calls relating to a range of commercial insurance products
  • Building effective relationships with customers in order to secure quotations for the new business sales teams.
  • To meet and exceed individual targets & KPI’s.
  • To identify potential customers through prospecting and data collection calls.
  • To be aware of and comply with the rules and requirements of FCA, DPA and other legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring calls meet compliance standards.

  • Qualifications
  • Educated to at least GCSE standard
  • Telesales experience
  • Experience in a contact centre environment
  • Experience in an outbound telesales environment, in particular working with an outbound dialler
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Key knowledge and skills
  • Good literacy and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and confidently handle objections
  • Planning and organisations skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage own time.
  • Knowledge of the Principles of Insurance
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products

Hours are between 9-5 or 10-6 Monday to Friday.
