Head of Call Centre Quality Control
An exciting opportunity has been created to join a market leading commercial insurance broker based in Leeds City Centre.
This is a newly created role that would be ideal for an experienced Quality Control Professional who is looking to progress their career to the next level. You will have a focused attention to detail & ability to work with others to improve the quality service we provide along with our customer journey.
Develop a thorough understanding of internal processes & procedures in order to accurately monitor & identify errors, suggesting improvements & identifying quality issues.
Full Time Position - Located in Leeds - Salary £17,500 - £20,000 + Bonus
This new & exciting role will include responsibility for;

Using internal systems to complete ongoing quality control monitoring

Carry out observations & providing feedback to Team Managers / Compliance Manager

Work closely with Team Managers to deliver business improvement

Ensure that internal policies and procedures are adhered to

Produce reports and proved feedback to Managers

Monitor the quality and accuracy of all tasks for all team members

The ideal candidate will have previous quality monitoring and call quality monitoring experience including report writing & providing feedback.

Data Collecting Team
Data Collectors (meets Minimum Wage + bonus) Part-time, 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
Data Collector Team Supervisor (£7 per hour + bonus) Full Time, 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.
Due to our continued growth, we’re creating a new team to manage all our data. Based in our city centre office located on The Calls, Leeds, you’ll be on the phone calling small and medium sized business owners, making sure that all the data you pass over to your sales team is accurate and up to date.
Experience isn’t essential as full is training provided. What is important is a great telephone manner, an eye for detail and a desire to succeed.
